WELCOME to FCCMC

Greetings,

The Fayetteville Cumberland County Ministerial Council is very dear to my heart. This organization was started by Pastor Aaron Johnson along with other community ministers during the Civil Rights Era. I will, therefore, continue to strive to preserve the legacy upon which it was founded.

I have served the council as a loyal member, as the Chaplain for four years and assisted with other duties as appropriate to assist with the vision of the president. Accepting the Mantle of the President for the 2024-2026 is an assignment I embrace whole heartily. It is with a spirit of humility that I endeavor to lead the council with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, with the insight of the communities within the footprint of the council, and with the leadership that embodies the council.

As the President, I look forward to the continued building of the relationships within the communities and beyond. I will embrace the challenges that will be presented and will work to create opportunities that will accentuate our purpose as a community organization.

My desire for the FCCMC is that we live out our motto: “We Are Better Together” which is embodied in our theme for this year “Build” Psalm 127:1. My brothers and sisters I ask you to join us in working together to continue to “Build” our beloved organization even greater in Kingdom and community service.
